When you call, tell them you would like to reserve a room and they will simply ask for your credit card number to apply to the room. We've booked 12 rooms here with two queens, but hotel can accomodate more if needed. The only limitation is the number of rooms in the hotel. We were at the Hilton on July 22nd and there were only 30 rooms left. Please don't leave it too late and not get a room at one of the hotels with shuttle service!
